At Daytona Helmets, we want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your ride. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery provided it is in new, unused condition with all original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Helmet
Place the helmet in its original protective cloth bag and box, ensuring all tags are attached and the product shows no signs of road wear.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton, covering any previous tracking barcodes.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new size within 5-7 business days.
